Here are the rules associated for each league

FGL Weekend

 GENERAL RULES: 

  • Team names must closely match the name registered on the site (e.g., SimplyTheBest).

  • Players are only eligible to play once they have accepted the contract you sent them.

  • There are no restrictions on height or playstyle.


GAMEPLAY RULES:
 
  • Teams must have at least 7 players for a match unless they have been granted permission by the head admin to play with fewer.

  • If a team has fewer than 11 players, an ANY is mandatory. (It’s also recommended to have an ANY in case of lag-outs, but the ANY cannot be the goalkeeper.

  • Teams must have a goalkeeper in Weekend League.

  • Teams can use any formation.

  • Teams have until the 10th in-game minute to back out if necessary.

  • A team is allowed to back out twice before the 10th minute. On the third restart, the match must continue no matter what.

  • Time-wasting (e.g., holding the ball in the corner) will lead to a default loss. However, passing around the defence line does not count as time-wasting.

  • Goals scored during a back-out won't count unless it’s clear the team was playing. Submit a video clip to an admin for review if you believe a back-out goal should be invalidated.

  • Standing on the goal line during free kicks is forbidden. Preventing a goal this way will result in a default loss.

  • Default claims must be backed by video evidence, submitted by the manager or co-manager only. Final decisions are at admin discretion. Staff with a conflict of interest will not be involved in decisions.


MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Managers must arrive on time and ensure their team meets league requirements.

  • A teamsheet must be posted on the website before kick-off.

  • A maximum 10-minute delay to kick-off for fixtures may be requested if needed via the website.

  • After matches, managers must submit scores. The standings update once both teams have entered results. Keep evidence in case of disputes. Falsifying results can lead to a ban.

  • Playing a banned or unsigned player will result in a default loss.

  • Managers are responsible for ensuring their players understand and follow all rules.

  • For guidance, refer to the Manager Guide available in Discord.


PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Players must make themselves available for matches unless there’s a genuine reason for absence. Refusal to play can result in a ban of up to one month.

  • Players must treat matches seriously. Deliberately scoring own goals or disrupting games will result in a ban.

  • Players must ensure their gamertag on the website is up-to-date. Failure to do so can lead to a default loss.


STATS AND CHEATING:
 
  • Using a glitched pro or exploiting bugs will lead to a default loss and a ban. Report suspected glitches with video evidence.

  • Stat boosting will be penalized if proven. All stats screenshots must show the entire screen, or they will be rejected.

  • All bans are subject to head admin discretion and must be approved by league directors or higher.
