The Mission Gaming competition (the "Competition") is operated and administered by Mission Gaming Ltd ("Mission Gaming"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These official rules (the "Official Rules") govern participation in the Competition.
The Competition consists of a series of online esports events (each an "Event") conducted using Xbox Series X|S consoles, PlayStation®5 consoles, and PC (each a "Supported Platform"). All Events are played using EA SPORTS™ FC 26.
The Competition includes multiple Event formats, including 11v11 and 6v6 leagues and cup competitions, as determined by Mission Gaming from time to time.
Rules specific to individual Events (the "Event Rules"), including without limitation registration requirements, deadlines, formats, gameplay rules, prizes, and other Event-specific details, will be published prior to the relevant Event and form part of these Official Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the applicable Event Rules, the Event Rules shall prevail for that Event.
Events may be recorded, streamed, broadcast, or otherwise distributed via online or other media for competitive, promotional, reporting, or commercial purposes.
The Competition is open only to eligible participants in accordance with these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations. The Competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in a participant's country or territory of residence.
Participation in the Competition is open worldwide except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime.
Players located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory subject to restrictions under United Kingdom, European Union, or United States sanctions laws may, at Mission Gaming's discretion, be permitted to participate in gameplay-only aspects of the Competition. Such players are not eligible to receive prizes, winnings, monetary rewards, or other items of value, and may not purchase premium or store items offered in connection with the Competition.
Mission Gaming reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke access to any feature of the Competition where required to comply with applicable sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering obligations, or other legal or regulatory requirements. Further details regarding country and regional eligibility are set out in Appendix C ("Eligible Countries and Regions").
To be eligible to participate in the Competition, each player must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout participation.
For the purposes of these Official Rules, participation may occur on an individual or team basis. Where a Team participates, the Team's designated manager acts as the primary Competitor for administrative, financial, subscription, deposit, and compliance purposes, including responsibility for ManagerOS+ subscriptions, season passes, participation deposits, and official communications. Individual players remain responsible for their own conduct, eligibility, and gameplay compliance. Individual players participating as part of a Team are also Competitors for the purposes of conduct, eligibility, and gameplay requirements and are individually responsible for complying with these Official Rules, the applicable Event Rules, and the Code of Conduct.
Players must meet the minimum age required to hold a full, non-underage Mission Gaming Account in their territory of residence and must also meet the following minimum age requirements at the time of registration.
Players must be eighteen (18) years of age or older or have a parent or legal guardian consent form completed and signed, in order to receive any prizes, winnings, or other rewards and or to purchase premium or store items associated with the Competition.
Each player must maintain a valid Mission Gaming Account in good standing.
Each player must maintain a valid Xbox, PlayStation, or PC platform account, including where applicable an EA App or other PC distribution service account, which must be linked to their Mission Gaming Account.
Each player must maintain a valid Discord account, which may be required for official communications, match coordination, verification, moderation, or administrative purposes.
For players who are under the age of majority in their country or territory of residence, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Official Rules and any applicable Event Rules on the player's behalf. Where applicable, the parent or legal guardian must also accompany the player to any in-person live Events.
Rules specific to each individual Event, including without limitation registration requirements, deadlines, formats, gameplay rules, prizes, and other Event-specific details, will be published prior to the applicable Event.
Event Rules will be made available through the official Mission Gaming rules repository located at https://missiongaming.gg/en/rules and may also be referenced or linked during the registration process for the applicable Event.
Event Rules form part of, and are incorporated into, these Official Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the applicable Event Rules, the Event Rules shall prevail for that Event.
Mission Gaming reserves the right to update Event Rules where reasonably necessary to ensure fairness, competitive integrity, operational feasibility, or compliance with applicable law or regulation. Any such updates will be published through the official rules repository.
To be eligible to participate in the Competition or any individual Event, players (each a "Competitor") must review and accept these Official Rules and any applicable Event Rules through the Mission Gaming registration and tournament platforms. Participation in the Competition is also subject to Mission Gaming's general website terms and conditions, available at https://missiongaming.gg/en/terms, which apply to the use of Mission Gaming websites, platforms, accounts, and services, except where expressly overridden by these Official Rules or the applicable Event Rules.
Mission Gaming reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Official Rules and any Event Rules at any time, including to clarify provisions, correct errors, comply with changes in applicable law or regulation, or address matters arising after publication. Continued participation in the Competition following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
Mission Gaming reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Competition, any Event, or any portion thereof if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, fire, flood, storm, war, public disaster, public health emergency, labour disputes, interruption of travel to a live Event, governmental or regulatory action, or any other cause beyond Mission Gaming's reasonable control impairs the integrity, safety, or proper operation of the Competition.
Mission Gaming reserves the right to disqualify any Competitor at any time for violations of these Official Rules, any applicable Event Rules, or for conduct deemed unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or detrimental to the integrity of the Competition, subject to the appeal process set out in Appendix B ("Appeals Process").
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may violate criminal or civil law. Mission Gaming reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
By participating in the Competition, Competitors agree to be bound by these Official Rules, any applicable Event Rules, and the decisions of Mission Gaming and authorised Competition officials.
Upon registration, Competitors may be subject to eligibility, account, and conduct checks at Mission Gaming's discretion prior to being permitted to participate in an Event. Such checks may include verification of compliance with these Official Rules, applicable Event Rules, and the Code of Conduct set out in Appendix A ("Code of Conduct").
Competitors determined to be ineligible as a result of this review process will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
As part of the registration process, Competitors must provide information necessary to create and maintain a Mission Gaming Account, including date of birth, country or territory of residence, Competition username, email address, login credentials, selected platform, platform account identifier, and EA ID. Optional information, such as social media or Discord usernames, may also be provided.
This information may be used to create and publish leaderboards, standings, rankings, or other Competition-related materials on Mission Gaming websites, tournament platforms, or other official Competition channels. Leaderboards may be updated periodically, as determined by Mission Gaming.
Competitor demographic information provided during registration, together with gameplay statistics and Competition results, may be displayed publicly or referenced during broadcasts, streams, or other media coverage of Events.
Mission Gaming reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time before, during, or after an Event.
If a player is found to be ineligible after the start of an Event, the ineligible player will be removed from the Event. Such removal may result in the disqualification of the player's team and or a default loss for any matches played, subject to any applicable rights of appeal.
By registering a Team as a designated manager, or by signing, accepting, or participating under a player contract, each manager and player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, any applicable Event Rules, and all associated policies, systems, and processes operated by Mission Gaming, including GamingOS.
Managers acknowledge that they act on behalf of their Team for administrative and contractual purposes and are responsible for ensuring that all players registered to their Team are aware of, and comply with, these Official Rules and the applicable Event Rules.
Teams may only be folded, withdrawn, or dissolved during the officially designated off-season period. Off-season dates will be communicated through official Mission Gaming channels, including the official ClubsLeagues Discord server.
Where a Team folds, withdraws, or ceases participation during an active season without Mission Gaming's prior written approval, the following sanctions shall apply, subject to the Appeals Process set out in Appendix B:
All sanctions issued under this Section may be appealed in accordance with Appendix B.
Where a Team folds after completing the registration process for a season, but prior to the commencement of competitive play, the following sanctions shall apply:
Mission Gaming reserves the right to assess each case on its facts and to apply sanctions proportionately, taking into account competitive integrity, disruption caused, and any mitigating circumstances.
For the purposes of these Official Rules, "Games Played" or "GP" refers to official matches recorded by GamingOS for the applicable competition.
Upon registering and creating a Team, the designated manager is automatically issued a one (1) season manager contract.
Where a Team wins its applicable league title or European Cup competition within its designated skill tier, the designated manager's contract shall be automatically extended or re-assigned for the immediately following season.
In addition, any player registered to the Team who has participated in five (5) or more official games played ("GP") for that Team during the applicable competition shall have their existing player contract automatically extended or re-assigned for the immediately following season, subject to continued eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and any applicable Event Rules.
Automatic contract extensions under this Section do not prevent a player from being released, transferred, or otherwise moved in accordance with Competition rules, system permissions, and any applicable release clause provisions.
Manager contracts do not guarantee eligibility for future Events and remain subject to compliance with these Official Rules, applicable Event Rules, and any licensing, subscription, or verification requirements in force for the relevant season.
Managers may offer players contracts with a duration of one (1), two (2), or three (3) seasons.
Once a player has accepted a contract, the player becomes registered to the Team for the duration of that contract, subject to the following conditions:
Players are not permitted to unilaterally release themselves from their Team.
Managers and authorised Co-Managers may release players directly through GamingOS in accordance with system permissions and applicable rules.
Mission Gaming is not a party to any internal contractual arrangements between managers and players and does not adjudicate disputes relating to playtime, wages, expectations, or informal agreements, except where necessary to enforce these Official Rules or maintain competitive integrity.
Refunds are issued in accordance with Mission Gaming's refund policy in force at the time of purchase and in compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws, including, where applicable, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (United Kingdom), and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
Where a Competitor is a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude, restrict, or limit any statutory rights to cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or reimbursement that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
Refunds, where approved or legally required, will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably practicable and within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Mission Gaming is not responsible for currency conversion differences, foreign exchange fluctuations, banking fees, or intermediary charges applied by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
Nothing in this Section affects any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law, including rights that apply irrespective of any contract terms or refund policies.
Mission Gaming Accounts, leaderboards, match data, gameplay records, communications, and other Competition-related data may be monitored, reviewed, investigated, and audited by Mission Gaming to ensure the integrity, fairness, and proper operation of the Competition.
Mission Gaming, or its authorised representatives, reserves the right to immediately disqualify any Competitor from the Competition and from any related or future competitions for any reason, including failure to comply with these Official Rules, applicable Event Rules, or the Code of Conduct set out in Appendix A.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Mission Gaming reserves the right to restart matches, pause or cancel Events, issue warnings or penalties, disqualify Competitors or teams, and or void results at its discretion.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
All enforcement actions, determinations, and remedies under this Section are exercised by Mission Gaming in its reasonable discretion, subject to any applicable rights of appeal under Appendix B and mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
Prize information will be published in advance of the start of the applicable Event through official Mission Gaming communication channels, including the official ClubsLeagues Discord server, and in accordance with Appendix D ("Prizes"). Prize details published prior to an Event form part of these Official Rules and are binding for that Event.
The Competition may include both free to play prizes and premium prizes. Free to play prizes are available to eligible Teams and Competitors without the requirement to purchase a season pass, subscription, or premium product, subject to compliance with these Official Rules and the applicable Event Rules.
Premium prizes are available only in Events that are expressly designated as offering premium prize eligibility. Eligibility for premium prizes is limited to Teams whose designated manager holds an active ManagerOS+ subscription for the applicable season or holds a valid season pass for the applicable Event or season. Player level subscriptions, including player specific products billed on a monthly basis, do not independently confer eligibility for premium prizes and do not substitute for ManagerOS+ or a season pass.
Where a prize is awarded to a Team, Mission Gaming shall issue the prize to the Team's designated manager or other expressly designated prize recipient identified by the Team during registration or verification. The designated manager or recipient is solely responsible for the internal distribution, allocation, or payment of any prize winnings to individual players or other team members. Mission Gaming has no responsibility for, and will not intervene in, any internal team arrangements, disputes, or agreements relating to the division or payment of prize winnings, provided that the prize has been lawfully issued in accordance with these Official Rules.
ManagerOS+ subscriptions and season passes are billed on a per season basis and apply only for the duration and scope specified at the time of purchase. The availability of premium prizes does not guarantee the receipt of any prize and remains subject to eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, completion of the applicable Event, and satisfaction of all verification and compliance requirements.
Where required by the applicable Event Rules, Teams or Competitors may be required to pay a participation deposit of twenty pounds sterling (£20) prior to commencing competition.
This participation deposit is required solely as a commitment and integrity safeguard and does not constitute an entry fee, wager, stake, gambling consideration, or payment made in exchange for the opportunity to win a prize.
For payments made in a currency other than British Pounds Sterling, the participation deposit will be charged in the local currency equivalent of £20, calculated using the exchange rate applied by Mission Gaming or its designated payment processor at the time of payment.
Mission Gaming does not control exchange rates or fees applied by financial institutions and is not responsible for any conversion costs or charges imposed by third parties.
The participation deposit is fully refundable following completion of the applicable Event or season, provided that the Team or Competitor complies with these Official Rules, the applicable Event Rules, and the Code of Conduct, and does not withdraw, abandon, dissolve, or intentionally fail to complete the Event or season without reasonable cause.
Mission Gaming may withhold all or part of the participation deposit only where reasonably necessary and proportionate as a result of a material breach of these Official Rules, applicable Event Rules, or the Code of Conduct, or where a Team or Competitor withdraws or folds in a manner that materially disrupts the Competition. Any decision to withhold a deposit will be made acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds of participation deposits will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably practicable. Mission Gaming is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations, banking fees, intermediary charges, or losses incurred as a result of payment processing or currency conversion by third party financial institutions.
Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, assigned, or redeemed for cash or other goods or services, except where Mission Gaming reasonably provides a substitute prize of equal or greater value where an advertised prize is unavailable, impracticable to award, delayed, or prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
All taxes, duties, levies, withholdings, reporting obligations, and other charges of any kind arising from the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mission Gaming does not provide tax, financial, legal, or accounting advice.
As a condition of receiving a prize, potential prize recipients may be required to complete and return documentation reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, identity, and compliance with applicable law within a reasonable timeframe specified by Mission Gaming. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Mission Gaming is incorporated in England and Wales and is subject to United Kingdom sanctions, export control, financial crime, counter terrorist financing, anti money laundering, and know your customer obligations. No prize may be awarded where doing so would cause Mission Gaming to breach applicable United Kingdom, European Union, or United States sanctions or regulatory requirements.
Mission Gaming will not issue prizes where doing so would be unlawful. Where a prize cannot lawfully be awarded, the prize will be withheld and forfeited. No alternative prize or compensation will be provided, except where required by applicable law.
To receive any prize, potential prize recipients may be required to complete an identity verification process for purposes including age verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and compliance with financial crime obligations. Mission Gaming uses Stripe Identity solely as a technical identity verification service provider. Stripe does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or otherwise participate in the Competition.
As part of this process, prize recipients may be required to provide proportionate and reasonable documentation, which may include government issued identification, proof of age, proof of residence, and payment verification details. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Mission Gaming maintains customer and competition records as required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including know your customer requirements. Mission Gaming uses HubSpot as its customer relationship management system for this purpose. HubSpot acts as an independent service provider and does not sponsor or administer the Competition.
If a potential prize recipient is a minor under the laws of their country or territory of residence, a prize may only be awarded where permitted by applicable law and only where a parent or legal guardian has provided all required consents and documentation.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Event Rules or Appendix D, prize delivery or payment will be made within one (1) month following completion of all verification and documentation requirements.
If a prize is forfeited, unclaimed, declined, or withheld, Mission Gaming may, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, reallocate the prize, award it to an alternative eligible participant, or donate it to a charitable cause.
In the event the Competition or any Event is cancelled or suspended, prizes will be awarded only for Events that have been completed prior to cancellation or suspension, unless otherwise required by law.
Prize awards and eligibility determinations are made by Mission Gaming in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law. References to EA SPORTS FC 26 or associated conduct standards are included solely for gameplay compatibility and guidance purposes and do not create any approval, oversight, partnership, or responsibility on the part of Electronic Arts Inc. or its licensors.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall be deemed to exclude, restrict, or limit any Competitor's statutory rights as a consumer where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
By participating in the Competition, Competitors acknowledge and agree that Mission Gaming Ltd will collect, process, store, and use certain personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, and Mission Gaming's applicable privacy policy.
Personal information collected may include, without limitation, first and last name, date of birth, email address, Competition username, Mission Gaming account information, platform and platform identifiers, country or territory of residence, verification data, communications, and any other information reasonably required for Competition administration, eligibility verification, communications, prize fulfilment, regulatory compliance, or enforcement purposes, collectively referred to as "Personal Information".
Personal Information may be processed for purposes including administering, operating, monitoring, managing, and enforcing the Competition and any Events, verifying eligibility, identity, age, residency, and compliance with these Official Rules and any applicable Event Rules, administering prizes and conducting related tax, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and legal compliance checks, publishing Competition results, rankings, usernames, team names, and countries or territories of residence in connection with the Competition, producing and distributing broadcasts, livestreams, recordings, replays, statistics, commentary, or other Competition related content, performing analytics, reporting, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and improvement of Competition operations and services, communicating with Competitors regarding the Competition, Events, rule changes, enforcement actions, or administrative matters, and creating marketing, promotional, or informational materials relating to the Competition where permitted by applicable law.
Mission Gaming may share Personal Information with third party service providers, vendors, and contractors acting on its behalf solely for the purposes described above, including without limitation platform providers, hosting services, identity verification providers, payment processors, analytics providers, moderation services, and communications platforms. Such third parties act as independent data processors or controllers, as applicable, and process Personal Information in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
Personal Information may be processed in the United Kingdom and, where necessary for Competition operations, in other countries. Where Personal Information is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, Mission Gaming will implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Competitors have the right to request access to, rectification of, restriction of processing of, objection to, or deletion of their Personal Information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and regulatory limitations. Requests may be made in accordance with Mission Gaming's privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
Certain third-party websites, platforms, or services may independently publish Competition results, rankings, or statistics, including public usernames, team names, placement data, or gameplay performance information.
Such third parties operate independently of Mission Gaming and act as separate and independent data controllers for any information they collect, compile, or publish. Mission Gaming does not control, operate, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, or data processing practices of such third parties.
Competitors wishing to exercise data protection or privacy rights in respect of information published by third parties must do so directly with the relevant third party in accordance with that third party's privacy policy and applicable law.
Personal Information is processed on the basis of Mission Gaming's legitimate interests in administering the Competition, compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, the Competitor's consent.
Mission Gaming may publish Competition results, rankings, usernames, team names, and countries or territories of residence in connection with the Competition, including on official Competition websites, social media channels, broadcasts, livestreams, recordings, or other media.
By participating in the Competition, Competitors grant Mission Gaming a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use Competitor usernames, statistics, rankings, gameplay footage, and Competition related information solely for the purposes of administering, operating, promoting, reporting on, and archiving the Competition, without additional consent or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By accepting a prize, a Competitor further agrees that Mission Gaming may use the Competitor's name, username, country or territory of residence, likeness, voice, photographs, or other biographical information provided by the Competitor for Competition related administrative, promotional, or marketing purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in this Section grants any rights to, or imposes any obligations upon, any third-party game publisher, platform provider, or rights holder, including Electronic Arts Inc., nor does it create any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or agency relationship.
Mission Gaming's decisions regarding the Competition, including eligibility determinations, rule interpretations, enforcement actions, and prize awards, shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Except where prohibited by mandatory local law, these Official Rules and the Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Competition or these Official Rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Competitors agree to release and hold harmless Mission Gaming, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any liability, loss, damage, claim, cost, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with participation in the Competition, attendance at any Event, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from death or personal injury caused by negligence or from fraud.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability where doing so would be unlawful under applicable consumer protection, safety, or liability laws.
For Competitors resident in jurisdictions where consumer protection laws grant non waivable rights, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, European Union member states, Australia, and similar territories, nothing in these Official Rules shall affect, limit, or exclude those statutory rights.
Where prizes or services are provided free of charge, Mission Gaming's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Any limitation of liability shall not apply in cases of intent, fraud, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or where liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
All commercial rights relating to the Competition, including without limitation all marketing, sponsorship, branding, merchandising, advertising, and media rights, are exclusively reserved to Mission Gaming Ltd.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mission Gaming shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information, whether caused by Competitors, typographical or clerical errors, user input, or systems used in connection with the Competition.
Mission Gaming shall not be responsible for any technical failures, malfunctions, delays, disruptions, or errors of any kind, including but not limited to network failures, internet connectivity issues, latency, server outages, software bugs, hardware failures, power outages, or interruptions affecting the Competition, GamingOS, communications systems, or the game software used for Events.
Mission Gaming shall not be responsible for any unauthorised intervention, interference, hacking, tampering, misuse, or attempted misuse affecting the registration process, matchmaking, Competition systems, GamingOS functionality, Event operations, results processing, or any other aspect of the Competition.
Mission Gaming shall not be responsible for any technical or human error in the administration, organisation, or operation of the Competition, including errors relating to registration, eligibility verification, scheduling, match administration, rule enforcement, results recording, standings calculation, leaderboard publication, prize administration, or communications with Competitors.
Mission Gaming shall not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, undeliverable, delayed, or intercepted electronic communications, data transmissions, files, submissions, notifications, or records, whether due to system limitations, user error, connectivity issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond Mission Gaming's reasonable control.
Mission Gaming shall not be responsible for a Competitor's ineligibility for any reason, including misunderstanding or misinterpretation of these Official Rules, any applicable Event Rules, eligibility requirements, age restrictions, sanctions restrictions, technical requirements, account requirements, or administrative requirements of the Competition.
The Competition is organised and administered solely by Mission Gaming and is operated through GamingOS, Mission Gaming's proprietary competition and tournament platform, which is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Competition is conducted using third party game software and supported console and PC platforms. Mission Gaming does not own, operate, control, maintain, or warrant the performance, availability, security, or functionality of any third-party game software, console, operating system, launcher, online service, or network used in connection with the Competition.
Participation in the Competition is entirely at the Competitor's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Competitors agree that Mission Gaming, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, or claim of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Competition, use of GamingOS, attendance at any Event, reliance on Competition information, or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit Mission Gaming's liability for death or personal injury caused by Mission Gaming's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for residents of the United Kingdom.
Any references within these Official Rules to third party games, platforms, software, services, publishers, licensors, or community standards, including those applicable to EA SPORTS FC 26, are made solely for descriptive, gameplay compatibility, and conduct guidance purposes. Such references do not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, approval, oversight, or involvement by any third party, including Electronic Arts Inc. or its licensors, in the Competition, and no such third party assumes any responsibility or liability in connection with the Competition.
Competitors represent some of the most skilled, visible, and influential participants in the Competition and are therefore expected to act as ambassadors of the Competition at all times.
Competitors are held to a high standard of conduct by Mission Gaming, fellow Competitors, partners, viewers, and the public.
Competitors must conduct themselves at all times in a professional, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner, consistent with commonly accepted standards of decency, social conventions, and morals. Competitors must not engage in any conduct, make any statement, or become involved in any situation that brings, or could reasonably be expected to bring, disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or disdain upon the Competitor, Mission Gaming, the Competition, other Competitors, or any partners, stakeholders, or associated persons.
These standards apply to all conduct, whether occurring online or offline, and whether occurring in or out of Competition play. This includes, without limitation, conduct on GamingOS, social media platforms, livestreams, voice or text communications, public appearances, interviews, prior public conduct, and behaviour during any live, in person, or online Events.
Competitors must maintain an appropriate level of respect toward other Competitors, Mission Gaming staff, administrators, moderators, officials, and event personnel, collectively referred to as "Event Officials". Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, intimidating, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour directed toward Event Officials or other Competitors will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Competitors must comply with all reasonable instructions issued by Mission Gaming or Event Officials in connection with the Competition, including instructions issued through GamingOS, official communications channels, or during live Events. Failure to follow such instructions may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, penalties, suspension, forfeiture of results or prizes, or disqualification from the Competition.
Prohibited conduct includes any behaviour that undermines competitive integrity, fair play, safety, or the orderly operation of the Competition. This includes, without limitation, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, intimidation, abusive or obscene language or gestures, threats of violence or encouragement of harmful behaviour, cheating, match manipulation, collusion, exploitation of bugs or systems, circumvention of safeguards, or disruptive behaviour that interferes with Competition operations or other participants.
Teams must not present themselves as, or imply affiliation with, any real-world football club, league, competition, or governing body without express written authorisation from the relevant rights holder.
Mission Gaming reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a Competitor's conduct violates this Code of Conduct, these Official Rules, or any applicable Event Rules. Mission Gaming may impose disciplinary measures as it deems appropriate, including warnings, competitive penalties, match forfeiture, suspension, forfeiture of prizes, permanent disqualification from the Competition, and exclusion from future Mission Gaming events.
The Competition is conducted using third party game software and supported console and PC platforms. As a condition of participation, Competitors acknowledge and agree that they must comply with all applicable terms, rules, and end user agreements governing the use of such games and platforms, including any user agreements, rules of conduct, or community standards imposed by the game publisher or platform provider.
Mission Gaming does not control, administer, interpret, or enforce any third-party terms, rules, or agreements, including those of Electronic Arts Inc. or any platform provider. References to such third-party terms or standards are made solely for compatibility and conduct alignment purposes. Mission Gaming reserves the right to take action under these Official Rules where a breach of third-party terms, or conduct related to third party platforms, impacts the integrity, fairness, safety, or reputation of the Competition or Mission Gaming.
Nothing in this Code of Conduct creates any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, agency relationship, or shared responsibility between Mission Gaming and any third-party game publisher, platform provider, or rights holder, and no such third party assumes any liability or responsibility in connection with the Competition.
Mission Gaming is committed to administering the Competition fairly, consistently, and in accordance with these Official Rules. This Appeals Process provides Competitors with a formal and structured mechanism to request a review of certain decisions made by Mission Gaming in connection with the Competition.
B.1 Right to Appeal — Subject to the limitations set out in this Appendix, a Competitor may submit an appeal against a decision that directly and materially affects their participation in the Competition. Appealable decisions may include disciplinary actions or sanctions imposed under these Official Rules or the Code of Conduct, disqualification or removal from an Event, and forfeiture of match results or prizes due to eligibility, verification, or conduct determinations. Decisions relating to the overall structure of the Competition, the interpretation of rules of general applicability, scheduling, Event formats, competitive formats, commercial arrangements, prize structures, or operational decisions made in Mission Gaming's discretion are not subject to appeal.
B.2 Appeal Submission — All appeals must be submitted in writing using the process designated by Mission Gaming and must include sufficient information to allow proper review. An appeal submission must include the Competitor's name and Mission Gaming username, the specific Event and match or matches to which the appeal relates, a clear and concise description of the decision being appealed, and the grounds for appeal together with any supporting evidence reasonably available to the Competitor at the time of submission. Appeals must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the Competitor being notified of the decision being appealed, unless a shorter timeframe is specified in the applicable Event Rules. Appeals submitted outside the applicable timeframe may be rejected without review at Mission Gaming's discretion.
B.3 Grounds for Appeal — Appeals will be considered only where the Competitor demonstrates one or more of the following grounds: a material error in the application of these Official Rules or the applicable Event Rules; a material factual error that directly affected the decision being appealed; or a demonstrable procedural irregularity that had a significant and adverse impact on the outcome. Disagreement with a decision, dissatisfaction with an outcome, or a difference of opinion, without evidence of one of the grounds described above, does not constitute valid grounds for appeal.
B.4 Review Process — Appeals will be reviewed by Mission Gaming or by a designated appeals panel. Where reasonably practicable, the appeal will be reviewed by individuals who were not involved in the original decision. Mission Gaming may request additional information, clarification, or documentation from the Competitor during the review process. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in the appeal being dismissed. Following review, Mission Gaming may uphold, modify, or overturn the decision as appropriate.
B.5 Service Charge for Formal Appeals — A service charge of nine pounds and ninety-nine pence (£9.99) GBP, or the equivalent in the Competitor's local currency, applies to formal appeals. The service charge becomes payable only after Mission Gaming has accepted the appeal for review. If an appeal is refused, rejected, or deemed inadmissible prior to review, no service charge will be applied. Competitors who hold an active ManagerOS+ or PlayerOS+ subscription at the time of submission are exempt. Where an appeal is upheld in full, Mission Gaming may, at its discretion, refund the applicable service charge.
B.6 Finality of Decision — All appeal decisions made by Mission Gaming are final and binding, subject only to any non-waivable rights under applicable law. No further internal appeals are available once a final decision has been issued. This does not affect any statutory rights to raise complaints with relevant regulators or courts.
B.7 No Suspension of Enforcement — Submission of an appeal does not automatically suspend enforcement of the original decision, penalty, or sanction. Enforcement continues unless Mission Gaming expressly determines in writing that enforcement should be suspended pending the outcome of the appeal.
B.8 Abuse of the Appeals Process — Mission Gaming reserves the right to reject, limit, or take disciplinary action in respect of appeals that are frivolous, abusive, misleading, repetitive, vexatious, or submitted in bad faith.
B.9 Method of Submission — Appeals must be initiated by contacting Mission Gaming using one of the following official channels: by direct message to the Mission Gaming administrator known as "jareth99" on Discord, or by email to jareth@missiongaming.gg. Mission Gaming may update the designated appeal submission method from time to time; any such update will be communicated through official Competition channels.
Subject to these Official Rules, the Competition is open worldwide except where participation, prize awards, payments, purchases, or other benefits are prohibited, restricted, or limited by applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime.
Participation in the Competition is permitted only from countries and territories recognised by the United Nations, provided that such participation does not violate any sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or restrictive measures imposed by the United Kingdom (including sanctions administered by His Majesty's Government), the European Union (including restrictive measures adopted under European Union law), or the United States (including sanctions administered by the United States Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control).
Eligibility is assessed on both a territorial basis and an individual basis. Even where a country or territory is not subject to comprehensive or country wide sanctions, individual persons, entities, organisations, or groups that are designated, listed, owned, or controlled by persons listed under any applicable sanctions regime are not eligible to receive prizes, payments, monetary rewards, or any other items of value in connection with the Competition.
For general reference only, and subject at all times to the restrictions described in this Appendix, the Competition generally permits participation from regions including Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. This regional reference does not create any entitlement to participate or to receive prizes and does not override any applicable legal, regulatory, or sanctions-based restriction.
Participation from countries, territories, or locations subject to sanctions or restrictions may, at Mission Gaming's discretion, be limited to gameplay only participation. In such cases, affected participants are not eligible to receive prizes, winnings, monetary rewards, or other items of value, may be restricted from purchasing premium or store items associated with the Competition, and may be subject to enhanced verification, monitoring, access limitations, or account restrictions in order to ensure compliance with applicable law.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Official Rules, no prize, payment, benefit, or item of value may be awarded, issued, transferred, or made available to any individual or entity that is listed on, or owned or controlled by a person listed on, any applicable sanctions list, any individual who is located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise subject to restrictions under a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory, or any person where providing such prize or benefit would cause Mission Gaming to breach applicable sanctions laws, export control regulations, anti-money laundering obligations, counter terrorist financing rules, or other financial crime regulations.
Mission Gaming reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify a participant's eligibility, location, nationality, residency, sanctions status, and legal ability to participate or receive prizes, to restrict, suspend, or revoke participation or prize eligibility where required to ensure compliance with applicable law or regulatory obligations, and to update, amend, or modify country or regional eligibility criteria in response to changes in law, sanctions regimes, regulatory guidance, enforcement practices, or risk assessments.
No liability shall attach to Mission Gaming for any inability to participate in the Competition or to receive prizes or benefits as a result of sanctions, legal restrictions, verification outcomes, or changes in applicable law.
This Appendix D supplements and clarifies Section 4 of these Official Rules and applies to all Events unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Event Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between this Appendix D and Section 4, Section 4 shall prevail.
Prize details for each Event will be finalised and published prior to the start of the applicable Event through official Mission Gaming channels, including Mission Gaming communications and Competition platforms. Prize information published prior to an Event forms part of these Official Rules and is binding for that Event.
The official prize amounts for each Event will be stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prize values may also be displayed in Euro (EUR) and United States Dollars (USD) for informational and reference purposes only. Any non-GBP currency amounts are indicative only and are not guaranteed to reflect real-time exchange rates or the amount ultimately received by a prize recipient.
The GBP amount stated for a prize shall be the sole official, final, and binding prize value. Any EUR or USD amounts shown are calculated using exchange rates determined at the time the prize information is published and may not reflect subsequent changes in exchange rates. Mission Gaming makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding currency conversion rates, foreign exchange values, or the accuracy of non-GBP reference amounts.
All prizes are paid exclusively in GBP. Mission Gaming is not responsible for, and will not compensate for, any currency exchange fluctuations, conversion costs, banking fees, intermediary charges, transaction fees, or amounts withheld by financial institutions, payment providers, or intermediaries in connection with the conversion of GBP into another currency.
Prize recipients are solely and fully responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, withholdings, reporting obligations, and other charges of any kind arising from or relating to the receipt, possession, or use of a prize, including without limitation income taxes, local or foreign taxes, social contributions, and any currency-related charges imposed by third parties. Mission Gaming does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice and will not gross up, increase, or adjust any prize amount to account for such obligations.
Mission Gaming reserves the right to withhold, delay, suspend, or decline payment of any prize where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, sanctions regimes, export controls, financial crime laws, or regulatory requirements, or where a prize recipient has not completed required verification or compliance procedures within the timeframe reasonably specified by Mission Gaming.
No prize amount may be increased, substituted, recalculated, reassessed, or renegotiated due to changes in exchange rates, tax treatment, banking practices, payment methods, personal circumstances of a prize recipient, or delays arising from verification, compliance, or legal requirements.
Where a prize cannot lawfully be awarded or paid due to legal, regulatory, or compliance restrictions, including sanctions or verification failures, the prize shall be forfeited and no alternative prize, compensation, or substitute shall be provided, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Appendix D limits or expands Mission Gaming's rights or obligations under Section 4 of these Official Rules.
